Every goal he put down at the retreat he has achieved and most of them are pretty big. From becoming an author with a successful poetry book, running a marathon and getting married to "Jen" the love of his life.

To this Sunday were he will complete his first full Iron man : 3.8 km swim, 180 km cycle & 42.2 km run... Check out this vlog & be inspired into action.
